"We haven't been idle and are of course already making plenty of plans for next year." Liguria -most Alto Adige there are two regions that we are going to focus on. We strongly believe in the potential of both areas, where there are still real hidden gems to be found.
- LiguriaDelicious white wines made from grapes such as Vermentino, Albarolla, and Woods, and red wines from Bonamico Ugh Canaiolo.
- Alto Adige: Known for wines with high minerality (white) and fruity, spicy, sometimes very complex red wines. In short, a lot to discover!
Vino Celeste wouldn't be Vino Celeste if we weren't on the lookout for unique wines: artisanal, made in limited quantities, and guaranteed to be of top quality. In the meantime, we already have an idea of what our preferences are. But as always with Vino Celeste, it remains: first taste and then strictly select what best fits our DNA.
"A surprise from Franciacorta may still come before the end of this year, but that remains to be seen." Stay tuned and read the continuation in our next newsletters!
See you soon dear Friends!
