More than 10 years ago, I met a sommelier who introduced me to the enchanting world of Italian wines. From one surprise to another, I was swept away and was immensely impressed by the vast variety of wines that Italy has to offer. This sparked my passion to delve deeper into this fascinating world of Italian wines. As an Italian hobby cook, I am always on the lookout for the perfect match between dish and wine.

Our company promotes a unique wine style that revolves around the essence of the grape. We strive to discover traditional, small winemakers who are fully dedicated to quality. With us, you won't find mass production of millions of bottles, but rather estates that understand the art of winemaking and have a deep respect for nature and traditions.
We believe that wine is primarily made in the vineyard, and it depends on factors such as soil composition, environment, climate, and sustainable farming methods. We prefer winemakers who work in a pure and natural way, without the use of chemicals, pesticides, or fertilizers. We strive for low yields and minimal intervention in the vineyards. These principles are also upheld in the winery. Excessive use of new wood is not desired, and modern technology is only used to support the wine without affecting the taste.
