Smell: Intense aromas of red berries and flowers are complemented by orange peels and violets.
Taste: Classic dry and precise, with flavors of red cherries and blood oranges and a hint of fresh herbs. Shows very good clarity and persistence in the finish.

• Cold antipasti based on vegetables and/or fish, pizza margherita, tuna tartare, grilled veal.

Anecdote: In 2001, Fattoria La Rivolta obtained European organic certification for the entire production. Since 2011, the vineyards and the winery have been voluntarily registered. A top producer from Benevento, known for its high-quality wines at affordable prices for years!
