Vinification: Maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Further aging in stainless steel tanks and then in bottles

Colour: Bright straw yellow
Fragrance: "A refined, elevated perfume of white flowers, mint, and herbs, with a nuanced presence of yellow orchard fruit, demonstrates the archetypal scent profile of the Campi Flegrei variety of Falanghina."
Taste: light-footed, with a very pure mineral undertone that gives the floral and white stone fruit aromas and an almost Riesling-like quality. The long echoing finish refers to rising stoniness and considerable elegance. Contrada Salandra, a true Falanghina expert, has once again created a truly magical Campi Flegrei Falanghina wine; It can honestly be said that there is no better wine in all of Italy.
