Vinification: Gentle and slow pressing of the grapes, temperature-controlled spontaneous fermentation. 1 year of aging on lees in steel tanks with light battonage and 12 months in bottle.

Color/ bouquet/ flavor:The wine has a golden yellow color. On the nose fruity and mineral, hawthorn. On the palate hints of chamomile and honey, apricot and peach. Crystal clear! La purezza!

Score and comment:Scores: 3 glasses Gambero Rosso: 2019, 2 glasses 2020. This Piemontese top wine from the Colli Tortonesi area is one of the emerging gems from the region. The aging potential is great (+10 years). Over the years, the wine becomes more complex and rounder, and it can compete with the great white wines from Burgundy. Not to be missed!
