Color/ bouquet/ flavor: The wine has a straw-yellow color. On the nose, hints of citrus and white flowers, rounded off by honey-like tones. On the palate, fresh acidity and minerality that provide excellent balance and contribute to a finish of long and stimulating persistence.

Score and comment: Scores: 2 glasses Gambero Rosso 2023, 3 glasses Gambero Rosso 2017. Fausto selects his grapes very strictly regardless of which wine he makes, and that is noticeable. This is a textbook pecorino, made crystal clear with a lot of freshness.
