Color/ bouquet/ flavor:Bright and intense straw yellow color with a fine and ample aromatic intensity on the nose, featuring hints of ripe citrus, lychee, peach, pineapple, and white flowers. On the palate, the sip continues along the aromatic line and remains fragrant, fruity with a unique persistence.

Score and comment:This is the absolute showpiece of the domain. A wine that is only made in the best years. This is a very elegant wine that you can perfectly enjoy with refined dishes.

• Casarecce with scampi and a sauce based on tomato and ground pistachios.
