Location : S.Giovanni al Natisone / Manzano. D.O.C. Friuli Venezia Giulia

Vineyards:  La Duline and Ronco Pitotti.  

Variety : Malvasia Istriana 60% and Sauvignon “Storico Friulano” 40%,

Vintage: 2022

Vinification : Malolactic and alcoholic fermentation in large wooden barrels for 11 months. Aging on indigenous yeasts. Then after blending, the wine rests for 10 months in steel tanks, and after bottling the wine rests another 7 months in the bottle.

 Color: Intense bright straw yellow.

Scent : Hints of exotic fruit, dried fruit, herbs and white pepper.

Taste: The taste is broad and enveloping with a pleasant mineral note; the finish is long, intense and pleasantly salty.

Ideal combination with the following dishes:  fish, including raw preparations. It is also delicious with risotto with shrimp and zucchini.

Serve: 10 - 12 degrees

Drink until 2032.

This is an outright fantastic wine, that has it all, fresh acids, broad and complex in aroma and taste, elegance at its best.

Vines in good condition between 50 and 80 years old that produce very rich wines!
