Vinification: Manual harvest of the grapes in crates and drying part of them on reed mats. Long maceration of the grapes in the must, pressing and slow fermentation, with the grapes added several times.
Aging/refinement: In steel silos for more than 36 months and about 12 months in bottle.
Anecdote: The goddess Tanit replaced ambrosia with the sweet and sour juice of Zibibbo grapes to seduce Apollo. Today, just like then, from the best Zibibbo grapes, partly by drying the grapes in the sun, Arbaria is created, a meditation wine with a velvety, aromatic and sweet taste.

Taste: Sweet aromatic with almond-like aftertaste
Dish pairings : It goes well with blue and spicy cheeses, almond desserts and cassata, typical of the Sicilian tradition.

Luminous golden yellow. Honey, dates, figs macerated in honey, and tropical fruit on the rich but also very refined nose. Then refined in the mouth too, with suave flavours of fresh tropical fruit and raisins complemented by hints of vanilla and other sweet spices. Very well balanced and luscious but light on its feet, this is a marvelous sweet wine of which you will finish the half bottle of in no time. Drinking window: 2024-2030
