Location : S.Giovanni al Natisone / Manzano. D.O.C. Friuli Venezia Giulia

Vineyards:  La Duline and Ronco Pitotti.  

Variety : 100% Pinot Noir

Vintage: 2021

Vinification : 17 days maceration with daily manual punching down, then the malolactic fermentation completes in barrique for 18 months on the fine lees. Further aging in bottle for 22 months.

 Color: ruby red.

Scent : Starting with ripe raspberries, deeper notes emerge of tar, musk, and pine needles.

Taste: The wine has a unique aroma, which can be described as full, fruity with a nice balance.

Ideal combination with the following dishes:  

Various dishes with beef, lamb. Risotto with funghi and truffle. Soft cheeses.

Serve: 16 – 18 degrees

Drink until 2038

This is an outright fantastic wine, which has it all: fresh acids, broad and complex in aroma and taste. Incredible finesse, very persistent.

Vines in good condition between 50 and 80 years old that produce very rich wines!

This wine can compete with the best Burgundy wines from France!
