Color/ bouquet/ flavor: "In the nose, we get hints of apricot, peach, and hay. In the mouth, apricot, aromatic herbs, golden apple, white stone fruit with hints of almond and hay in the finish."

Score and comment: Price/quality a very nice wine that is very versatile and has a good aging potential.

• Cauliflower risotto with anchovy pangrattato (pangrattato is a combination of breadcrumbs, anchovies, and a little bit of chili pepper). You fry everything in olive oil until it gets a crispy texture.
