Vinification: After a night of cold maceration on the skins, the must is allowed to rest for 12 hours at a low temperature to clarify it subtly. Fermentation takes place at 14°C for about 14 days. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for the entire period leading up to bottling.
Colour:Straw yellow with some green-gold shades.
Fragrance: Delicately perfumed on the nose, with aromas of acacia honey, yellow apple, pear, and thyme with a savory undertone.
Taste: Smooth and well-balanced, with ripe yellow fruit and marine nuances of sea breeze and bittersweet coastal herbs that linger beautifully on the salty, well-rounded, and long finish.
