Variety: 100% Zibbibo (Moscato di Alessandria)

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and collected in crates. Then they are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature of 20°C for 24 to 72 hours. After that, the grapes are pressed and the clean must ferments. The wine matures for at least 6 months in stainless steel silos

Color: The wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections 

Aroma: It has a characteristic scent of Zibibbo grapes, aromatic, enveloping and persistent, fruity, floral.

Taste: The taste is aromatic with an almond-like aftertaste, enveloping and persistent

Dish pairings : ideal for aperitifs and pairs well with fish dishes, vegetable dishes, hearty Mediterranean dishes, and white meat. Also try it with oysters, or carpaccios of langoustines, or gambero rosso.

In short, very versatile.
